Smiling Stars and Data Privacy

Shell is committed to protecting your personal data. This overview gives a summary of how we will use the data you provide to us for the Smiling Stars event. This notice supplements the relevant Shell Privacy Notices available at Shell Global Privacy Notices and on the Shell website in your location. Its purpose is to inform you about the use of your personal data before and during events (co-)organised by Shell.

To organise the Smiling Stars event and make the necessary arrangements, Shell will collect:

• Non-personal data:
  o Number of winners
  o Group or individual flight preferences
  o Visa requirements
  o Preferred market language
  o Country-specific engagement requests

• Personal data of Market Focal:
  o Full name
  o Email address
  o Phone number
  o Email address of an additional focal point (if applicable)*

This information is required:
o To book flights
o To book hotels
o To provide information by email and/or post ahead of the Smiling Stars event

Roles & Responsibilities Declaration

Market Focal Leads are responsible for submitting all required data listed above to the Smiling Stars team within the specified timeline to ensure smooth event preparation. This includes, at a later stage, providing personal data of attendees (full name, email address) and CC email address of Market Focal, LMM in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
