Our priority is your attendance at the Smiling Stars event. Extended stays are an added extra that we try our best to accommodate. Should you wish to extend your stay the following conditions apply:

Please indicate your interest to extend during registration and prior to 22 March 2026. Requests outside of the registration period are not permitted.
Extended stays will only be permitted after the event not before.
Airline restrictions on the tickets mean that all guests must take a return flight from Dubai on or before 05 June 2026.
All return flights must be from Dubai. We are not able to arrange return flights from any other city or country.
Extended stays are subject to airline availability.
Costs for extended stays will be subject to an airline change fee (which varies between airlines), and any fare difference between the fare confirmed and the chosen return date will be paid by the guest. In some cases, this could be up to the price of a new ticket. If the cost of the flight, taxes and charges and the change fee is the same or less than the original fare, there will be no additional charges. We will let you know this before you confirm your booking.
You will be given the total amount to pay before flights are confirmed so you can decide on whether to go ahead.
You will be required to pay for the full cost of the change fee and difference in fare by payment card (please note 2% fee plus VAT applies when paying via credit or debit card) taken at the time of booking. No tickets will be issued until payment is accepted.
Due to airline availability, there may be a very short period of time to make a decision on the extended stay flight. This can sometimes be less than 24 hours. We will always advise of this by email and attempt to contact you by phone to let you know, where possible. No flights will be confirmed without your express approval along with payment for the chosen flight. If approval and payment are not given before the airline deadline, this could result in an increase in the fare offered or the chosen date being sold out.
Tickets will only be issued once all passengers travelling on the group flight have confirmed their selection. Please keep this in mind and confirm as soon as possible.
When registering, you may select up to three (3) different return flight dates. We will prepare quotes for your requested dates and send these to you.
If you request additional flight options to the three provided, this will incur an extra administration fee of £50 and a payment link will be provided to you directly to cover these additional requests.
